I study how people coordinate work, make sense of new technologies, and respond to emerging forms of organizing.
My research examines AI in legal practice, collaboration across disciplines, and teams whose work unfolds in public. Across these settings, I follow the communication through which people negotiate expertise and adapt to changing expectations.
